Call or chat with the caller

To directly call or chat with caller from Quick Panel:

Use Go to previous record button ( ) or Go to next record button ( )to the appropriate caller.

Right-click on Recent Record Display.

Choose Call (or Chat).

To directly call or chat with caller from Record Panel:

Bring up Record Panel.

Select a voice record.

Go to Tools > Call or Tools > Chat.

click or on the Control Bar to call or chat.
