Clear the Recent Record Display on Quick Panel
It is convenient to clear all the records in the Recent Record Display on Quick panel, every time when you go away from your desktop. When you come back, you can immediately know who has left voice mails. Clearing the Recent Record Display on Quick Panel does not clear the record list in Record Panel. You still can trace all the record history in Record Panel. To clear the Recent Record Display:
 

 

 

Bring up Quick Panel.
