Set up a ringing period before playing the greeting message

You can decide how many seconds you want to play the ringtone before playing the greeting message by:

Bring up the Options dialog box.

Enter a number (between 0 to 30) in Incoming call ringing period before greeting message starts field to define the number of seconds for the ringing period.
